PerPlexed about CodePlex?

While the topic of Microsoft’s evolving approach and attitude to open source software certainly requires and deserves a  series of posts (which I hope to get around to soon!),  let’s start with today’s article in the SD Times entitled “CodePlex moves forward with open-source projects“.  David Worthington’s excellent article profiles Paula Hunter, who has been the executive director of the CodePlex Foundation for a couple of months,  and explains how “The foundation provides project governance and legal mechanism to provide “clarity and certainty” to companies that participate in open-source projects”.  Read the article to become less perplexed by CodePlex!
