MicrOSoft pt.2

Continuing with the Microsoft series, here is a link to Darryl Taft’s eWeek article entitled “Microsoft Extends Commitment to Open Source“.  Darryl’s article highlights Microsoft’s continued expression of its commitment to open source software at both EclipseCon and the Open Source Business Conference and quotes Vijay Rajagopalan (a Microsoft principal architect) and Brian Goldfarb (Microsoft’s director of  Developer Platforms product management) rather extensively.

By way of explanation, the title of this post (and my planned series of posts) demonstrate the fact that OS (or Open Source) has been part of the Microsoft name all along!
